Fumble

If you are attempting to dual wield two weapons at once, there's a chance you will fumble your secondary weapon in combat. If you're not too clumsy at it, you'll only drop your secondary (held) weapon. Otherwise, you'll also drop your main weapon as well. In any, you'll have to pick up up the drop weapon(s) from the ground and hold/wield it again.
