Create Light

Using this spell focuses the caster's mana into a bright ball of light. This light works as you would expect any light to work... hold it to use it. It will not be obvious when it runs out, except you will not be able to see in the dark any more. If cast at a target it causes the target to glow with a bright light. This can blind. It can be canceled by the spell Darkness.
