Train
In the game: help train
train <skill or spell>Training is gone: your class's skills and spells come with your levels, at 70%, and get better as you use them, up to 95%. 'train' only tells you so. See SKILLS.
The Character pane's Skills tab lists everything your classes can learn, with the level each comes at and how good you are.
