In the game: help caps
There is a experience cap on people NOT grouped with anyone else, this cap is 150k per kill MAX. If you group with someone the cap then goes up. In other words, you get more experience (if the mob is worth a lot of experience) if you group.
Solo: 150k maximum per kill. In a group: 150k, plus for each other member

| within 39 levels of the highest | 12k |
| any other member, or a pet | 10k |
The highest level char is not counted in (he/she is the base 150.)
For example, people of levels 40, 35, and 10 group: the XP cap is 150k + 50k + 12k = 212k. People of levels 50, 15, and 5 group: the XP cap is 150k + 12k + 10k = 172k.
